We do however work with a number of installer partners who are able to assist with this and essentially provide an end-to-end monitored security solution to meet your/your client’s needs.

This is the highest award possible for alarm receiving centres and Fenix undergo an audit form our governing body annually to ensure that we maintain standards, stay compliant and are following best practice.
Outside of our approval Fenix Monitoring are also proactive members of the
British Security Industry Association (BSIA) sitting on various industry centred working groups and committees, championing best practice and helping to shape industry legislation.
In many instances Insurance companies will often specify a monitored alarm as a requirement particularly in the case of commercial premises. They will complete a risk assessment and then advise on the product grade required.
For those that have not had this specified as a compulsory requirement its worth knowing that many insurance companies will offer discounts to those with monitored alarm systems installed.
