Due to our ongoing growth Fenix are currently recruiting for new team members to join our operations team as Alarm / CCTV Operators

Duties include:

  • Handling Intruder, Alarms, CCTV & Lone Worker
  • Answer all enquiries courteously and professionally
  • Operate all systems within the Monitoring station
  • Produce accurate reports as and when needed
  • Be an effective liaison between the client, end user and emergency services

Essential Requirements:

  • Must be a Team player
  • Excellent verbal communication/telephone skills
  • High levels of customer service
  • Computer competency
  • Demonstrates a flexible attitude to changing working hours and patterns
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English

Experience is preferred but enthusiasm and a can-do attitude is more important.
